Shipping your Bike to the Heber Springs Triathlon  has never been easier!!


Let the World Class Mechanics from The Ride take all the hassle out of your pre-race bike worries. If you are not familiar with The Ride, they can be found on the web at  http://www.therideonline.net/main.php 

For $130.00 The Ride will unpack, assemble, test, tear down and re-ship your bike (with in the Continental US)  Call for Pricing for shipping out side of the Continental US. 

 
  • All Bikes Must be Received No later then Thursday Oct 2, 2008 to ensure sufficient time to assemble.
  • Customer Must provide a UPS Ship-able bike box, proper ship to address and value for insurance purposes.
  • All Bike Boxes must be Clearly Labeled with Owners name and Address.
  • All bikes should have a tag attached to them with the owners name address and Phone Number.
  • Be sure to Insure bike when shipping it to us.
  • DLT Event Management Inc. is not responsible for damage incurred during Shipment, Assembly or Disassembly.
  • The Ride is not responsible for any shipping damage incurred.
  • The funds for shipping and assembly will be collected when you pick you bike up.
